The Key West Gimlet
A great recipe for derby day parties, showers or lazy sunday afternoons…
1 part coconut rum
1 part roses lime juice
2 parts vanilla vodka
3 fresh basil leaves, torn
1 sprig fresh basil, for garnish
1 lime wheel, for garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker packed with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel and fresh basil.
