The food was fabulous! The crostini was crisp and the spreads flavorful. The salad was simple to prepare with fresh, dry, lettuce bundles all nestled in individual paper towel nests. I was so pleased to discover the spiced pumpkin soup tasted savory. So many restaurants serve it sweet and my personal opinion is that dessert should be sweet, not dinner. The pepitas were a nice crunchy touch. No one knew what pepitas were, so we googled it! I “plated” the filets just as Jared suggested and it turned out marvelous, a tempting presentation that tasted delicious. The vegetables were roasted just right, not overcooked nor mushy. My grateful and enthusiastic guests cleaned their plates! I turned off the oven and put the chocolate walnut tart in to warm, then served it with vanilla ice cream with a squiggle of chocolate syrup on top. Hallelujah!

Please consider what I said about bringing quality food to Granby Center. We need you! There is no good food in Granby. We have a generic pizza restaurant, a local watering hole that serves fried potato skins, and a mediocre Mexican place. There are thousands of people passing through Granby center every day on their way home from work; hungry, irritable and in need of a quick, healthy and tasty dinner! I truly believe The Bee’s Knees is perfect for this area. I gave your card to each guest and asked them to spread the word. Thank you for preparing the food and dropping it off. It was well organized and packaged with clearly marked ingredients and what to use it for. It made my party a smashing success and I have such an nice, warm, holiday feeling that I was able to share a delicious meal with my dear friends. Thank you for making it happen.

Love to all,
Cora
